Here's what i think only the first infected should get a throwing knife. Since there is no spot to camp on anymore thanks to IW and their death barriers. All u got to do is run around the map is what i do.

Agreed, but last time I played there were still a bunch of glitched areas to camp on and ways to bypass the death barriers

It's not supposed to be fair for the infected.

the reasons throw knifes are bad is because im last alive or like the last 4 alive and you run around and then you get destroyed by 15 ppl throwing a knife

If there was no throwing knives I think it would be insanely boring. Some modes dont even have throwing knives, back out if you dont like it.

I totally Agree, It Just would be Kinda Unfair for the Infected Because of Glitchers in the Game :/
