Note: Yes I've asked about this before, I'm trying not to spam I just can't remember the response I received.

Christmas 2010 my xbl account received a perma ban.

A few months on I discovered Microsoft was still charging my mum's debit card for membership despite not being able to access my account.

How do you guys think I should approach the situation?
