SkyLight is the free, working, always updated Skyrim development tool. It is, and always will be able to edit many things to do with the game. It has the most friendly-based design, to help benifit the casual gamer. Just edit, click the next button, edit, and so forth.

You need .NET Framework 4.0 or higher.

The player names/race has weird characters/is not complete?
Just Edit the part that does not have a weird character or leave it alone.

The ID is only 1 letter?
That's because it is. I wouldn't mess with the ID though.

It says something once I click next on the Bounty?
No value should be higher than 65535.

Well, if you watched the video, you would have realized he did. Anyways im giving props to this guy for bringing it to TTG. I hope they update it soon!
