The chances of getting Banned are low, since about 2-3 Weeks ago someone on the Waypoint Forums were wondering why they were banned and people thought it was because of the ONI Boosting (Which is what we're doing) and BS Angel (This chick that works at 343 Industries) was aware that many people were doing this, yet, she didn't keep the people Banned. She unbanned them since it was an error that the "Ban Hammer" did and the remaining people who were Banned still, didn't get Banned from ONI Boosting, it was another reason.

tl;dr - You're not likely to get Banned, but there still may be a chance.
