i have the regular GTA4 disk, but i have purchased TBoGT. so is there any way that i can mod the game and stil be able to get it on TBoGT? im a newb at modding GTA btw.

No you would have to purchase the Episodes From Liberty City game disc. But you can still mod original GTA IV.
