yes all you have to do is follow my instructions
1: go to your system dashboard
2: go to storage
3: go to whatever you are storing gamesave on
4: delete the gamesave
5: you have to restart but at least you are un banned

well if your to scared to try it then you could just move the gamesave on to a usb and back it up on your pc and then try this method and see if it works...

You more than likely have a console ban meaning any new save you create on that console will be banned instantly. I'm banned until 2048 for trying to auction a unicorn car. I'm pretty pissed off because i spent 280 pound on a wheel to play Forza. I use a certain guys drifting setup that works well with the wheel. Im banned and so i cant buy it. There isn't anything you can do unless you aren't console banned im afraid. Make a new save, if you aren't banned then lucky you. You wasn't console banned.

Most people do not get console banned. Turn Ten usually under a minor first strike, Will only ban people for a week or two but if you get two strikes of do something that is totally bad, Such as modding your game so you can sell a unicorn well then they know they have to perma-ban you for hacking. (No offense to the guy that did that, But that was a little stupid and Turn Ten would instantly notice if someone other than them was auctioning a Unicorn Car.) Anyway, Just wait a little while for a message to pop up in your inbox saying when the unbanned date is. As long as it is not some crazy date and year that is a couple hundred away, Your account will be unbanned. But if your account is banned say for until 2048, then you are console banned too most likely.
