I'm 18 about to be 19 and me and a couple other people are looking for a house or apartment to rent.
Its very hard to find something affordable but nice at the same time. But anyways I was wondering what you guy on TTG thought about this house for being a first home. I live in Florida and can't move out of area because of school and work issues with my soon to be roommates.

It's not a mansion but I don't think it's too bad.

Or what about this apartment?

Way easier to get pictures of the apartments, But it's also not that bad.

Both are 3 Bedroom 2 Bath for around $700 a month. Apartment is $750 the house is
$695 monthly.

The house. The apartment looks very nice with the pool but it's money isn't it. I'd go with the house.

Good luck man!

In my opinion I think an apartment might be better financially. You don't have to pay property tax and a smaller water electricity bills etc... especially public amenities.

The apartment and house are really nice! If it was up to me I'd say choose the house!
