Since you are young, and you will only have you and your buddy (if I read correctly) you should go with the apartment.

i would say the house cuz i mean more stuff you can do an maybe the apartments dont allow pets an you can have partys an stuff at your house.

I do like the apartment better and it would deffinitly be cheaper in long run because I wouldn't have to pay as many utility bills or property taxes and what not. But the house is still nice and I'd be able to have as many people as I want over and stuff like that. Like I said it's hard lol.
