I would say rugby, only because I play it&know how much contact there is and have never played hockey or football :/

As a Rugby player, I would have to say Rugby.

However, you should add American Football, maybe second on the list.

hockey is insane and its just a more grueling sport in general, you really have to be in tip top shape to skate like the pros do thats why i just play recreational.

I don't know how you play right guard on the d-line but ok. Football for sure. If your like me and a 9th grader playing both sides of the ball on varsity. I play Running Back and Corner/Strong Safety. I also return Kickoffs

How is Hockey in first? Your not hitting all the time in hockey. Maybe most of the time, but your hitting ever single play in football.

I've got to say hockey. Fights are legal and people have gotten their necks slit with skates and even the fans have gotten beaten up before. Football is too cushioned with the rules.
