That's your fault for getting scammed. No one is going to do this, we have no clue who that kid is, and maybe he didn't do anything, and your just trying to get him banned? If you want something, then make sure you do some research before you give away money like that.

even if people do help you out with this, microsoft can't ban him without actually knowing he has a jtag... which he probly doesn't considering he scammed you.
