Can somebody please help me out with the last sentence of step 3?
"Now you can go ahead and click Process again and do almost as you did before except this time you click the Donor NAND and a new window will pop up and ask for the desired file you have chosen, so go ahead and click the file it's asking for." What would the desired file I have chosen be?

Well you have chosen the donor NAND option, so obviously you have to find your donor NAND. ;)

If your friend has a JTAG and it's NAND, then he could "donate/share" it with you.
