someone gave me a game save but i used horizon to put it on my account but when i try load it it keeps saying INVALID PROFILE the forza motosport 4 profile you are trying to load is no longer available please delete it from the Xbox Dashboard and create a new one so can anyone help me with this ?

you arent using the right downloader go to downloads and search xbox 360 tools and then download modio an message me for more details

If you change your account ID and System ID then they know and will not let it work.
so best thing to do is send me a link to your new save and ill do it for you
Just do not change accound ID or console ID!
