Mohombi wrote CPU and case=fine.
GPU should be lower.
MEM is surprising hot!
I would recommend getting a whisper Legacy fan.
This fan replaces the original fan and is 100x better.
I did a little test on a 2006 Xenon console a while ago.
The CPU temp was 78C-79 degrees, GPU was exactly 70 degrees, and I believe the Memory ( MEM ) was 70-80 degrees too.
I then decided to install the Whisper Legacy fan. I turned on the Nitro mode, which makes the fan to run faster. After 2-3 hours of playing I backed out to FSD and checked the temps. The CPU was 32-33 degrees hot, GPU was exactly 35 degrees hot and MEM was 40C hot.
Great temps.
thanks. i'll check that out. according to your temps, i wish i would have known that before my xenon got fried lol.
(also, it wasnt a heating problem with my xenon. but that probably would have helped it last a little longer)

Those are not that good. Try changing your fans. If you need a RGH come to me for some cheap ones.
