Okay , where to start, well the motherboard first of all the Brand "Biostar" defintaley isnt the best however is okay however even worse its a H61 board which is quite outdated but the main thing is that Your motherboard has a diffrent socket as your processor you bascily have a intel board and youve choosen a amd cpu. The power supply its an unknown brand (to me anwyays ) i definitely wouldnt suggest it. The ram is fine. Youve missed a lot of components from there, What is your budget and in what currency and im sure I or someone else will help you chose the components.

get a good fan, very important, you said you have HDD, so you'll need a copy of windows,
THAT CPU ISNT COMPATIBLE!
You need an intel CPU as it states right there.
Sorry
Usually more pricey

Allright well, you say you want a computer for gaming however with a budget like that it would be quite hard. The graphics card you have there would probably be able to run simple games on low/medium settings. The card is mega outdated and isnt really designed to be used for playing games on its more just for your general computer usage, watching videos and stuff. The 2 80gb HDD's will be very old. I dont remember the last time i saw a harddrive that was 80gb however I think they would do the job whilst you saved up to get something decent. In my opinion i wouldnt spend the 400 dollars. If you saved 500 or even 600 then you would be able to get a fairly decent gaming rig which would able to handle most games on decent settings. So i would suggest waiting that little bit longer and buying something which would be better and last you longer in the long run.
