Is it only me or can anyone else not "Thumb Up" a comment?
I've literary went to 10 videos and not one gave me an option
to Thumbs it up.

Can someone elaborate on this?

Sorry to say this but that's not true. Go to any random video and it wont give you the option. Nice try though.
