how they have got your Account Information ?

and when you call Microsoft, they will say, that it's your own problem, because you gave him/her your Account Information... O.o

Its happened to me 3 times

A week? lol.
I've been waiting for 11 months, never got my account back yet.


I got hacked and I phoned them up straight away, I gave them all my details associated with the account. I got my account back within a week or two in an email with a password and credential reset.

I did as well, my mom called literally 5 minutes after it got hacked, they put the complaint on file, we called back, they put another wtrike on it, called back again, they put another strike on, and havent called us since.

I thought you were supposed to get an e-mail regarding your e-mail and password?
