Im looking for a decent gaming pc, But I have never owned one before So i need some help...

My Budget is $1,250...

Could anyone help me?

dont get a laptop for gaming, get a desk top, much better

Thats to much for a laptop.Heres a decent custom build.

Corsair vengeance 8GB ram 2x4gb
I5 2500k
Corsair TX650 power supply
500gb seagate 7200rpm
Haf 912 plus or corsair 400r (if I were you I would go with 400r)
Liteon DVD burner
ASUS P8Z68-V gen 3
Power color 7950 (amazing gpu)
64gb crucial SSD
H60 CPU cooler

TOTAL 986

Also, for the graphics card get a Nvidia GTX 580 or 570. And maybe get a i7 2700k or a 2600k.
Get at least 8gb ram (maybe g skill ripjaw)

Oh and yes. Make sure to get at least 8 gigs of ram
