hey um one of my friends said they good a stealth jtag from someone named jester can you tell me what a stealth jtag is and who jester is and why everyone hates him? thx will +rep

He's pretty much the inventor of the XBOX Jtag if I can say so. I believe a 'stealth JTAG' is one of Jester's JTAGs that can last pretty much forever online.
I highly doubt your friend has one.

its called a devkit
and it is used to program games
but its very illegal and dosnt get bannd as quick but it still gets banned

Yeah Jeseter is the original jtagger pretty much, NO his jtags ARE NOT UNBANNABLE he has even said so on 7sinzzz, they just last longer. He has NOT and NEVER WILL release it to the public because it will get patched.
