Hello,
I'm here to tell you, and give you reasons, that Halo takes more skill then Call of Duty. Some people seem to think CoD takes more skill then Halo. I don''t think that's true. Here
are some of my reasons that Halo takes more skill:

1. Harder to kill in Halo.
Yes, it is indeed harder to kill someone normally. When I say normally, I mean without a power weapon, for example, the energy sword, the rocket launcher, and for the most part, the shotgun. It takes more time to drop someone in Halo then Black Ops, MW3, or any other CoD. Taking more time to kill someone may take more skill in that you need to aim more, and keep your ammo up.

2. Weapons take more skill to use.
You bet. Most weapons in Halo take skill to use. I'm not saying that weapons in CoD don't take skill, some do. But almost every weapon in Halo does, The sniper, DMR, Assault Rifle, Needle Rifle, Pistol, and even the grenades.

3. Shields.
This sort of ties into number 1, in witch you need to drop an opponents shield before actually getting to their health, then killing them. All in all, taking more time to kill.

I won't discuss the vehicles in Halo, as they're much like killstreaks in CoD. Most vehicles don't need skill. Like most killstreaks in CoD.

I hope that you have read and maybe understand a bit more why Halo takes more skill then CoD. If you still don't agree, that's fine.

Thanks for reading and try not to start any flame wars.
And also feel free to discuss whether Halo or CoD takes more skill.

*EDIT*
I'm not a Halo fanboy. I actually play CoD more then Halo. I just wanted to bring this up.

Yeah, but Halo's gay...

No but seriously... Cod takes skill, just Halo is more strategic and probably more of "fun" game to play, like games should be.. Cod has sort of ruined gaming completely with the faggy kids on it...

Since when does cod take skill to play.

Drop shooting takes no skill.

Most people spray they don't even aim.

Trick shooting is luck, not skill.

The only cod that took skill to play was call of duty 2.

Other than that the cod series takes no skill to play. I rarely play cod and when I do I do great.

It's all on how you play. Campers are noobs. Let's just sit in the corner hitch a tent and tell stories.

I agree that Halo does take more skill to play than CoD. I pick up a controller and do great on CoD. But on Halo, I have to get used to it first before I can start wrecking. The DMR isn't an easy gun to use. Especially if you have to aim for the head.

Yea, I agree. I could play Halo all day and go to CoD and do good. But if I play CoD all day, then go to Halo. I just suck, until I get more of the feel of Halo.
