ok so im a small guy trying to get big by working out and eating right and at school i always go to mcdonalds or taco bell for lunch with my boys is this bad like sometimes i eat pizza but im not sure is this bad for me because it is calories helppppp

I'd say watch what you eat. You should eat around 2,000 calories per day. Just stick with healthy things. Maybe every once in a while have a LITTLE junk food.

dont eat fatning food just drink protien shakes and work out daily.

so what should i get when i go to these places should i not eat like im not sure because these foods have a high calorie count and im looking to build muscle but you need fat to build muscle no?

No, you dont need any fat for muscle.

chicken fish and diary products
eat these after your workout

You do need calories to gain muscle, what you are eating has calories but it is junk food which makes you have a fat stomach and no muscle. You need to eat healthy foods that have calories if you want to gain muscle. Its ok to eat a burger or pizza once a good 2 weeks I would say, but not more than once a week.
