Its not that bad. But I would lower the opacity on the grid lines. They stick out way too much..
Other than that it's decent. 6/10 from me man. Keep practicing ;)

Few tips,
Try adding the grid / box pattern as an overlay, or lower the opacity down to around 7-15%
And maybe fade the colours down slightly too.
