Yep, they added them a short time after adding the Prestiges to the PC version of the game. Its a little tease for the rest of us, they want us all hyped up to Prestige because once you reach 15th, they get your souls.

When they have the time to add new prestiges, why don't they add some cool prestige emblems?

There will be 20 prestige. There are only 5 at the moment.
