Could I run these games on decent graphic levels?

Support Left 4 Dead 2, Battlefield, Skyrim?

It should be good, but there are way better graphics cards than that.
Games might be choppy still with that one. Souly up to you though.

Right now I'm running the GFX card my Asus came with. Will it be better atleast then the default one?

It will barely be better than your default one. What are your specs?

Plus that will no way in hell play battlefield even on medium/low settings.
