I/O Plate

Starting work on the rear of the case. I would prefer some thinner aluminium but its what i could get for free at work. I was going to use 2 pieces and place them between the original rear part of the case. Still not 100% sure what i will be doing. Will be painted black when finished.

Just fits, i managed to squeeze the aluminium behind the case and the motherboard for a nice and clean finish, looks better then having it on the outside of the case, i will try and get some thinner aluminium and re cut to fit better.

Have a go at it, learn slowly and take your time. Start with Xbox cases and work your way up.

Side Window

Wasnt sure if i was going to go with a window but i went with something small and not over the top. Might in the future make a complete perspex side panel as a spare.

Bought myself a Dremel 300, definatly worth spending the money

Cut smaller then your marks and spend the time filing. Makes all the diference in having a nicer window / finish.

Etch Primed the edges and then will finish with a coat of matte black around the edges.

This is quite impressive!
As I seen the title, I was saying to myself "What is he doing, that just won't work"
But as I scrolled down and seen the pictures of how you are going about it and taking your time to think everything out it is just awesome.
Good luck and I can't wait to see a final version.

I wouldn't want to do that.. sorry but I would want to put a gaming PC inside that case not a xbox 360... PC gaming is way better.
