Ok I sent my Xbox out for RGH everything went smoothly with the dealer but when i got it back it looks like usps threw the box around and they taped it up so i opened it up glad to only find a cracked faceplate. I plug in the xbox first my controllers wont sync i finally get those to sync. Now it wont boot past the splash screen or if it does it will freeze within seconds of getting on the dash or after starting a game. I try to play a disc game it freezes and cant even load so i try an arcade after reseting and freezing i finally get to the arcade and try frogger it starts i was hopeful and then i seen my damn frog taking half and hour to complete one jump then voila it froze reset froze recovered from fatal and froze again WTF???? Any help would be awesome i was told a list of possibilities from friends gpu bad nand coolrunner wiring got loose during shipment or even my power brick is dying???? Idk what sounds like the problem to you???

Could be any number of things. Ask your seller NICELY, if they can take a look at it. Might be a simple fix. Then again, it might not be. Soldered joints should not just pop loose. Could be a cold solder joint. Obviously I cannot speak for your seller, but most stickied sellers here would be willing to work with you. Just don't HARASS them about it.

you might need a reflow or maybe theres cold solder points, at least ur not getting e74 like mine, that is definatly a reball then if it gets e74.

You don't need a GPU, Microsoft made their GPU/CPU chips well. Your problem could be x-clamps or not good thermalpaste. Try taking the heat sinks off, doing the x-clamp repair and new thermalpaste, I prefer Arctic Silver 5. Hope I helped.

i just tried to run it again and it looked promising i started up Trials HD it started playing for 11.56 seconds thats where it froze but the music and sound kept going and then it slowed down the sound so it sounded like some one talking into a fan. Then it died all together Ill be shipping it out to the guy tomorrow. He said he would fix it and he gives a lifetime warranty on all of his reflows and reballs. And for some reason he cant fix it I had it insured by usps so I would need to find some people to give me extremely high estimates on repairs or some extremely high pricing from big box stores. Then when I get the cash I might just go buy a pre RGH Slim But He says he can fix it. Keeping My Fingers Crossed. AND THANK YOU EVERYBODY FOR THE HELP u guys are awesome
