Does anyone know if the Ebony Mail armor is in the game or just in testing hall?

Yeah It's in the game for some quest.

The Ebony Mail is a Daedric artifact. You recieve it near the end of completing the quest named [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . The Ebony Mail is considered one of the best chest pieces in Skyrim due to its various bonuses.
