Use the P90 with Rapid Fire and Range, and let your enemies cower before your might.

Either that, or the PM-9 with Rapid Fire and Extended Mags.

Being at 4th prestige (may not be considered far by some) I have tried all the submachine guns with all variants of attachments as well as perks. Pm-9 is a great gun to use but just don't suit the style at which I play.
