ok today when i turned my xbox on it said i have been perminantley banned, so i turned my laptop on an rean why i have been banned, theseare the reasons;

-Application of watermarks or other special identifiers that were not legitimately granted
-Unauthorized manipulation of in-game parameters

can anybody tell me what they mean?

I think that is from glitching I don't know if i'm right though

that could be that you changed your years played number or added any thing else to your gamercard like launch team/NXE watermarks.
