I wouldn't call it bad, but like will I use a lot of power to run two desktop PC's at once? Will it rack up my electricity bill a lot?

Well if you use both of the desktops for long hours each day then your bill would go up greatly.

Cluster them if they are near each other but i suppose that does not help with power consumption
