What I do when I mod my carry weight I use this and it'll stay.

player.forceav carryweight 15000

Although he was reposnding to what I said about the carryweight not being edited correct player.forceav carryweight 15000 will make your carry weight exactly 15000 and force it to stay player.modav carryweight 15000 will add 15000 carry weight to your current carry weight number.

Just so you know it's Console ID
