I am offering my services free over teamviewer (or if its hosted online, I can do that as well) , I will install all the basic plugins, the essential plugins, and whatever else you request. I will prevent crashes, and if your server crashes, I will fix it. I am doing this until I am more well known on the community so, I'm just trying to help. If you're interested:
