I didn't like the change of CC. What you could've done was have no CC for the beginning, then used CC lens when the throwing knife hit, to have an "explosion of color correction" effect. You could've also added some screen shaking.

The twixtor is a bit distorted, just record in 0.2x in theater mods for smooth slow-mo.

Thank you for your feedback, I'm working on my twixtor because I only use sony vegas, I can't stand AE, But the record slow mo in theater looks cheesy IMO. I'm currently looking at no ghosting twixtor tuts for sony vegas right now. This is my first edit like this so thank you for your feedback. And yeah, I was thinking of screen shakes after I uploaded it.

if your using sony vegas try animating the twixtor and setting the BGMotionSens to something between 94.4 - 97.7
