When I went in and modded my campaign game save I thought that it would mod spec ops also. Do I need to do anything else, or has modded spec ops been patched.

Also, what would be the reason that after one level of campaign the mods seem to decrease? I had infinite ammo but after one level, it seemed to disappear. Infinite health even wore off after three missions.
