I tend to stay away from posting due to flamming and the B.S. drama that can come from the posting but here is a thought.

Early this morning "due to lack of sleep" i was on with a cple of friends we found what suppose to a cple of 10-70 xp lobbies.
Needless to say they were fake either charging M.S. points or trying to get them as a donation and then shut the lobby down. A thought came about it, What if everyone reported them for cheating or tampering? You may say that don't work well lets say 17 people that were there reported and then posted on the site for scamming and a few others reported also well that gonna raise a flag soon or later at M.S. Then you might say its just using temp 48hr account odds are thier not or they have a buddy holding the codes and so on. Sonner or later they will get thier ban and depending on how many they have well you get the picture. I'm not saying report everyone the ones saying charge and you go there well that your choice but if they screw ya you might of asked for some proof first but this to me seems like a good idea and will probably help get rid of the fakes and scammers on here.
