Does anyone know how to make a Limited Account into an Admin account using CMD? I need to download something but I need the Admin password and my dad wont give it to me. If anyone knows how to do this I will +Rep

It's impossible to do in any way, shape, or form. Only way you can is with an administrator account which your dad won't let you use. Sorry. You would have to get his password some way in order to do it. Simple solution, save some money up and buy a computer.
