Managed to find another Multi-Care Package Glitch. I'll Render a video later tonight; ETA 4 hours, currently on break at work.

But how its done:

You need to be a Juggernaut and have 3 point streaks; one being the care-package. (This always works for Juggernauts and other care-package point streaks)

Pull out your carepackage, and hold RT and try to mantle (A) over an object. While its mantling, try to press down or up on the D-Pad numerous times.

Might take a few tries, be sure to hold-down the RT the entire time. Eventually you should cook your care-package but have a different Point-streak selected.

Release and you should lose that selected Point-streak, but have thrown down a care-package with your Primary Care-Package still intact.

(If you select a streak that is in your inquiry, you'll just throw your care-package.)
