This is very unblended, it seems as a rusty metallic background with a randomly smudged render. You should try to make the render a center peice and blend it into the background more. I would recommend looking up basic tuts on how to make a forum sig, the freeballing it to develop your own style and then work on depth and all the other key aspects.

i don't mind the whole thing but i think the flare at the top takes away from the whole thing, and the blending of some of the objects could of been done better so the picture has more flow

Very nice.
but the lens flare kills it.
The grungy texture in the background works, and works well!
the actual figure is well positioned and the small things around it work nicely with it as a help
but as I said before, the lens flare doesn't look good at all with this signature
overall:
