its not a big deal at all they used a building that they made in a different game as well, IN CAMPAIGN it doesn't mean anything just means they are saving some time

This is common in ALL of the Call of Duty games. It's done on purpose to add character/memory to the maps and also a thanks to the previous designers who've created the layout.
