i was in a chat session with an Call of Duty support and i asked if the colored classes could get me banned, d ranked, lose my elite premium. and he said yes here is that chat log

Cant you only get banned for doing stuff that effects the Online-matches? So far as I know, the names of the classes doesn't effect the game itself.

but in the eyes of the devs it is modding, if you wan't to do it go ahead but when you get banned don't come crying to me because i told you and you can clearly read it right there

The game Terms of service state

Exploit or reverse engineer the Game (or any of its parts) or the Service (or any of its parts), for any commercial purpose, including without limitation (a) use at a cyber cafe, computer gaming center or any other location-based site without the express written consent of Activision; (b) for gathering in-game currency, items or resources for sale outside the Game; (c) performing in-game services in exchange for payment outside the Service or Game, e.g., power-leveling; or (d) the sale of accounts, log-in information, or other Service materials, access, or rights;"
changing the color of your class does not apply to any of these. therefor it can NOT get you banned!!
