I have a pair of tritton ax720s and the mic won't work. On Xbox live I talk into the mic and no one can hear me. I tried to reset the decoder box but it won't let me when I hold the volume buttons it dosent do anything.(that's how you reset the decoder box) PLEASE HELP

make sure the wires are in the right input/output area

Tritton = High Quality, way better Mic, WAY better sound, way better design and just better in general.

Turtle = Cheap, breaks easy, just decent sound quality.

I bet you havent even tried Tritton Ax Pro.

I have, they broke in around 25 minutes of use. Never went back to Tritton.

My X11's are old, at least 1 or 2 years. No problems with them whatsoever.

My XP500's will ALWAYS beat any other brand.

If they broke in 25 min you have a really big problem with using things you owe.

I have had my Tritton Ax pro for a year or something and NO problem whatso ever. I have used Turtle, Atros, Tritton and steel series and if you know what you are doing you will get beast quality with Tritton and Atros.

Tritton = 5.1 Dolby Didgital - 8 Speakers

Turtle = Normal sound - 2 speaker.

I had turtle beaches for a month and the broke and the quality sucked
I had my first pair of trittons for 3 years until the snapped in half and my current pair I have had for 1 year

That's way my turtle beaches have lasted about 1 year and a half! Thats why this kids tritons have lasted not even that long of a time.
