Is Points Per Minute Better Than K.D Ratio For Clan Ops?

Just been thinking about clans and all they seem to do is look for the best k.d.
But if you think about the operations most of them are:
most caps
most flags
most plants
most defuses etc etc

People with high k.d are not too aggressive and won't be capping flags and stuff.

I could have a 6.0 k.d but camp in a corner all game and not even get one objective point.

Or i could be a 0.5 k.d and get 50 objective points that contribute to the clan operations.

So i think score per minute is more important as there are more objective operations. However clans still do need a few high k.d killing machines.
The best clans will be those with different players for different clan operations.(mainly objective)

I just think clans need more score per minute type of players not just the ones with high k.d
