steps i do to host a BYPASS lobby are
1.on 3.55 jb update 2 1.13
2.delete default self in file manager
3.replace patch mp with modded one
4.turn off internet on both
5.on 3.55 ps3 i go to step 1 on data transfer
6.on 4.10 ps3 go to step 2 on data transfer utility
7.data transfer
8.recover account
9.start mw2
10.no mod menu in private match
note i cant get a menu to work offline also
please tell me if im doing anything wrong ive been working on this 7 hours in total please help it wont work i am experienced but now i need help

If you wanna host online you need to update your PS3 that's on 4.0 to 4.11 if you wanna host

sounds like you pretty much got it accept like Clay_Matthews said just upgrade it to 4.11
