4/10, all it is is a background image (that you probably didn't make) some soft circle brushes with some floral ones, and some text with glow on it. I suggest that you look up some tutorials and you'll get better in no time at all. ;D

I made this i didn't steal and image I made all of this from scratch and thanks for all the feedback guys, I really tried to make this one of my best piece of work.

Guys, stop hating on the guy who posted the background image, it is out on the internet, and i even used it when i first started Graphics.

Onto the piece.

I mean, its amateur, nothing too special, some glow text, a vignette, so ill give it a 4/10
