Processor=Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6400 @2.13GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory=2046MB RAM
Tell me if i need more i can't seem to find anymore information about my computer

Your Pc wouldn't be able to.
Dead Island needs:
Minimum:
OS: Windows XP
Processor: Core2Duo 2.66 GHz
Memory: 1 GB RAM
Graphics: ATI 2600XT 512MB VRAM (GeForce 8600GT)
DirectX: DirectX 9.0C
Hard Drive: 7 GB available hard drive space
I underlined where your computer failed. A simple processor upgrade and graphics card should solve it though.
