Hello, well the answer to your question is yes they are. Not sure about the anti-virus, but Macs don't get many viruses anyway.

You can't play any Windows game on a Mac unless you install Windows through Boot Camp, or use some sort of emulation or virtualization technology.

My feeling is that Macs can be "okay" for gaming, though I think they are not designed with gaming in mind. Gaming seems to rank very low on Apple's list of business priorities. I hope this helped!

There not the best. Plus some games don't come on Macs (Its mostly Indy games, so don't sweat that.).

For the price of an imac you could get a custom Gaming PC like a boss

My answer would be no because some games don't run on mac and depending on there ram and memory they aren't the best i would suggest a alien ware pc

Yes they are, look up BF3, MW3, and skyrim gameplays on a iMac and it runs full settings and perfect framerate.

I would fully advise you to get a good gaming PC.

Sure, the iMac has a great exterior fashion, but I wouldn't call it a gaming machine.

Alienware is a good choice.
