I have had an idea.
1. Go onto help.ea.com and get onto the live chat
2. Tell them that you have spent alot of money on microsoft points for ultimate team and you would like a refund seen as though you have lost all your players!
3. If they say no tell them that you at least want to get your gamer tag transfered to a different ea id along with your ultimate team.
