They used to call him / His hype Vinsanity.

Hes a new player who been doing Outstanding past few game of course he gonna get some hype Just like when Mj and Koby started and until now But few months or so..it will all blow off.

I personally think hes overrated and people are calling fans band wagaons but he just came off the bench.

He got a few good games so he's now the new big thing. He won't compare to other players once he plays one full season as then, people will see that he had some good games and some bad games, like any basketball player that steps on the court.

And he's compared to Tebow because Tebow started in the middle of the season, like Lin. And they both got the team on a 7-8 win streak. Therefore, he's just like Tebow as he followed the steps of Tebow basically.

Linsanity is just another term of like Tebowing that's spreading around the sport world. It'll end sooner or later, like how Tebowing did kind of.

He was just a rookie that came in making 20+ points a game. Every time that happens the media makes a big deal about it.

Its the story that's interesting. He's not the greatest player but in his first 30 career games he only had a total of 108 points or something like that and then he dropped 108 in his first 5 games as a starter.

Also he went to Harvard and came into the league undrafted, that's why everyone is so fascinated with him.

I think he is just overrated and it's annoying.
