I tried getting my Paypal unlimited because I got it limited by verifying it with etrade..

Is there any FAST way I can get it unlimited so I can buy gold?

I'll also probably gift you if I get it fixed.

I did etrade to get it verified. I limited my Paypal and I can't get it off.

It IS verified.

Doing the eTRADE method to verify your Paypal is illegal and considered Fraud. That is why you got limited and I suggest not doing it.

Or you could actually get a credit card to do it the legit way

I tried adding a legit credit card on it afterwards.. 3 times.. and it didn't work.
