I never played WAW, but I want to prestige so I can get a prestige token in MW3. If I join a modded lobby and prestige will I get a token for MW3?

Are the modded lobbies like MW2 where you get 1 kill and level up all the way?

If you get into a modded lobby and, for say, get immediately to 10th prestige, you will get one token. Same goes for any other prestige. It isn't 1 kill per prestige, it's simply one click of a button to get 10th.
