I recently sold an Xbox, and the buyer signed for it and told me they received it, PayPal took the money and reviewed the case, I gave them the tracking number which said the buyer had signed for the item, PayPal later on sent me an email saying they have returned the money to the buyer, and I now have -162 GBP in my PayPal. Anyone know what I should do?

ring paypal, and get proof the buyer sent the money for the item.
ring them NOW!

There is a holding time, so for example if you sold something on ebay, paypal wont give you the money for 21 days because of security reasons because thats whats f*cking happened to me! lol
